Stress Release Healing Session - 60 minutes
There is such high stress and anxiety in the world today—with the current economic climate and unrelenting planetary shifts—that many people are feeling overwhelmed and ill equipped to adapt to the changing conditions. And the state of flux will only become more intense as the planet continues her ascension and the world are purged of dysfunctional structures that do not uphold love and brother/sisterhood.
And everyone knows that chronic stress is the leading cause of illness and disease… But it is also a force that is most apt to prevent you from finding true fulfilment, as it keeps you in a constant state of reaction.
So how do you adapt to ever changing conditions and new challenges without stress?
A better understanding of what stress is, is needed in order to answer that.
Stress is a condition where a person feels under strain or tension and is holding things together in life with more expenditure of effort than can be sustained.
When under stress, we enter into holding patterns that are drains on a dwindling source of energy. Not only does stress generate physical holding patterns—like tightness in the neck or shoulders—but also fixed emotional and mental states. Our ability to handle stress is limited, i.e. we cannot be under stress indefinitely without causing breakdown in the system.
Since stress is unsustainable, we are clearly depleting a limited source of power, which indicates that we are misaligned with the truth of our being, because that truth aligns us with infinite power.
There are two aspects to the stress equation, both of which are symptoms of a misalignment with the truth of who we are.
The first deals with perceptions that are coloured by personal limitations and imperfect understanding of who we are, for example, coloured by a sense of inadequacy, not being able to say no and thus taking on too much, believing that outside forces have power over our sense of security, fulfilment, or self worth (e.g. financial situations, a nasty boss, etc.), and believing that we must take care of ourselves and get what we want through doing rather than through alignment with the Source within (i.e. feeling separated).
The second aspect deals with being in a depleted state that is unable to handle or meet the demands of our life. If we don’t have the energetic capacity for life, for example, then we will experience strain and stress.
The activations, trigger affirmation, and encoded images for stress all work at realizing greater efficiencies, new perceptions, and increasing your capacity and vibratory rates that you no longer experience strain but rather feel fully competent to meet what is in your life. These will work with you at your current level of consciousness and will keep deepening in you over time until efficient adaptation is your natural response to increasing complexity and changing conditions.

The Treatments can be given in person, remotely, or via the “chi ball” method in which the treatment is sent out into the ethers to be called down by the client at the proper time.
